Consumer product categories have included televisions, washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, and ranges. We’ve also researched commercial appliance brands and awareness issues. For our technology clients, work has involved actual versus desired usage, efforts to uncover specific new features and enhancements, especially in consideration of value-driven pricing.
